Below is our Up-to-date Schedule of Classes. Make sure to check the News / Announcements for any schedule changes, events, holiday schedules, tournaments, etc.

Currently, classes are held simultaneously with online Zoom classes.

Due to COVID-19, we have currently suspended all sparring and grappling classes.

Traditional Tae Kwon Do
Wednesday:   Tae Kwon Do Session I: 6:00pm to 7:15pm. 
                       Tae Kwon Do Session II: 7:30pm to 8:45pm.
Friday: Evaluations/Testing/Private Sessions/Seminars 5:00 to 9:00 pm

Hap Ki Do / Self Defense
Tuesday: 7:30pm to 8:45pm
Friday: Evaluations/Testing/Private Sessions/Seminars 5:00 to 9:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Cross Tough Strength & Conditioning Training
Tuesday: 11:30am to 1:00pm
                 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Thursday: 11:30am to 1:00pm
                 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 11:30am
