At Wolfpack Fighting and Fitness Academy, we strive to promote a healthy lifestyle offering a variety of classes including: Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Mixed Martial Arts, Cross Train Kickboxing and Self Defense. Personal Training and Private Lessons are also available!

Tae Kwon Do

Korean martial art resembling karate. It is characterized by the use of high standing and jump kicks as well as punches and is practiced for sport, self-defense, and spiritual development. In sparring, blows are stopped just short of contact. Tae Kwon Do became an Olympic sport in the year 2000.

Hapkido/Self-Defense

A comprehensive Korean martial art that stresses domination of one's opponent through the eclectic use of joint-locks, throws, choking, tackling, kicking, and punching.

Cane Self-Defense

Wolfpack Fighting and Fitness Academy is proud to train and teach the art of Cane Self Defense. Using the CaneMasters system founded and created by Grand Master Mark Shuey, Sr., you will learn that your cane is NOT a crutch or disability, it is actually a tool that can empower you, improve your flexibility and strength, and CAN be used for self-defense.

 

Cross Train Kickboxing

A fitness class which incorperates the principals of yoga, martial arts, cardio and weight training to help people of all ages, and in various stages of physcial fitness to improve their health in a friendly and non-judgemental enviorment.
